It has always been a pleasure dealing with J&F Construction LLC throughout the many times we have worked together as a team to complete numerous projects. Our Real Estate Trust Inc has hired Joe and Fernando to complete a wide range of projects from our commercial properties to our residential properties, and their company has always come out on top. Not only are the owners a pleasure to deal with, their employees are also assets to any job site. They are master carpenters that are always on time, hard workers, courteous, and never leave any construction debris on the job site at the end of the day. Our timelines for completion can be very demanding, however J&F has never let us down, when they say it will be done…. it is. One of their qualities that really stands out and if very important when we need questions answered right away, is the fact that I can always get in contact with either Joe and Fernando virtually any time of the day or night and if I do happen to get voice mail my call is usually returned back right away.

After calling 3 other contractors to come and take a look at a problem with our roof J&F Construction came out two days later and provided a very fair estimate for the repair. Fernando called me the day before they were coming to repair the roof and said that his guys would be there at 7am to start, they showed up right on time.
Three hours later my wife called to say that they had done an amazing job and the house looked like a house again. When I got home I found that everything was back to normal and you couldn’t tell that we had had a hole in the side of the house at all. The guys that came were very pleasant and did a great job cleaning up when they were through. I would highly recommend that anyone consider J&F Construction for a job.

We’ve used J&F Construction on many of our projects, most recently at a mult-family condo building in Somerville. Fernando is so easy to deal with and is always extremely professional. His guys do a great job whether it be a small handyman job or something on a much larger scale, the quality is always superb!

Through the years, I have employed various contractors and tradespeople for several home improvement projects at my home with varying degrees of results and satisfaction. I have recently used the services of J&F Construction, LLC on several home projects, and I feel compelled to offer this testimonial for this company as I am so very satisfied with their work and will not consider using anyone else going forward. I was amazed not only at the caliber of professionals J&F has at its disposal (each has a specific proficiency in their respective trade: electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, etc), but each project came in at budget and on time with sterling results.

For the past six years J&F construction has done 12 or more projects for our company between $4,000 and $100,000. Here are just a couple of examples of the projects.
They completed a 12,000 square-foot medical office facility for our Company in Dorchester mass. They also did a great rehab on a two family house in Summerville mass on the North Shore. They completed a foundation job in Lawrence mass in three months.
